Welcome to the world of HMA Architects. Whether it's a custom home for your
family, a residential investment property, an office complex for your business,
or that commercial storefront to expand your business, we know how to tailor our
designs and services to the unique demands and needs of each and every client.
HMA Architects will work as part of your team. We will listen carefully to your
ideas and needs and translate those into an attractive and affordable solution.
To give you a little better idea of how this process can work for you, check out
our Commercial or Residential
pages.
HMA Architects is a small architectural firm located in the university community
of Lawrence, Kansas. Although we do a wide variety of building types, residential
design comprises approximately half of our business. To get some idea of the variety
of design projects we have completed, please take a look at our gallery
pages. If you want to see current projects as they go through the design and construction
process, then check out our new projects page.
HMA Architects will bring both design and technical experience to your project
team, and you will work directly with an architect. We have been in business since
1969, and each and every client has always been important to us. We feel this
is a major reason that much of our work comes from repeat customers. Whenever
you contact HMA Architects, you will be talking to the architects who actually
do the work. If you like to do business with individuals, we are your firm. We
treat our clients like friends.
Please stay a while and look through our site. Hopefully, you will find something
of interest. Perhaps something you see here will have application in a current
or future project. You will find us friendly and down to earth, so if you're in
the formative stages or have a question, we would be more than happy to hear from
you. If you want to know more about the people you work with, then go to our background
page and read about some of our business and personal interests. If you have questions
about design, what architects do, how you could benefit from using a design professional,
or general building issues, check out the Q&A page.
