If you are using a contact management program like Outlook or a PDA like Palm, Handspring or Windows Pocket PC you should have Virtual Business Card (Vcard) capabilities and can import our contact information directly to your address book.
1. Download the file jeffm.vcf by clicking here. You may need to "right click" with your mouse and select "Save Target As..."
2. When prompted, choose "save to" and direct the file to download to your desktop.
3. After the file is downloaded, open your PDA desktop application or your address book, then import the saved file on your desktop in to your application.
For example, in the Palm Desktop software application, open the Palm Desktop. Make sure your address book function is selected. Click "file" and then "import." Change file type to "vCard file" Highlight the hma.vcf file on your desktop, then click "import" --- its that simple!
